Privacy Policy

An account stores your name, email address, a password hash, and the time you accepted these terms. A signed-in session is an httpOnly cookie. We email you a verification link when you register. We do not sell account information.

Health-record files, transcriptions, and claim drafts are stored in a Neon database created for your account. They are not written into the shared decision library. Transcription, claim drafts, and comparisons use the OpenAI account you connect. Decision search requires an account and uses the shared library.

Verification mail is sent through the same mail provider configured for this workspace. The message contains only the verification link.
